Join us for two weeks in the Himalayas soaking up some of the most amazing energy in the highest land in the world while putting your physical strength and endurance to the test! This trip is a life changing opportunity to experience the very best of the world, but also of yourself.
We will start in Katmandu, exploring a culture steeped in history and spirituality, touring some of the religious relics, temples and stupas of both Buddhist and Hindu traditions. Yoga and meditation will be offered each day to help assimilate the daily experiences and unwind from the intensity of a bustling city- a fitting addition in the region where the Yogic tradition began over 5,000 years ago. We then journey high into the Himalayas to the Annapurna region where we will trek, do yoga and meditate daily. Surrounded by idyllic mountains and countryside, free from technology and the intensity of modern society clarity of mind and spirit quickly set in, reconnecting with our soulful side and tapping into strength and power never even imagined. Each day’s trek will be challenging but far from impossible, giving you the opportunity to prove to ourselves how incredibly strong and capable we are.
This trip is an amazing opportunity to open up and release limitations while receiving support and good energy from the incredible land and people around us! We will be together in a highly supportive environment to work through our own personal challenges in a safe and comfortable manner. This is an opportunity to see the world and yourself in a whole new light of beauty, power and awe!
